What are your opening times and how long will our visit be?

Pick from a morning session which on some days are from 9am to 1pm or otherwise 9.30am to 1.30pm, or an afternoon session which is from 2pm to 6pm. On some days there are afterschool sessions only which run from 4.30pm to 7.30pm. We also have an evening session from 6.30pm to 10.30pm on Saturday 11th December, Friday 17th December and Saturday 18th December 2010. Each visit will last approximately 4 hours (after-school session lasts approximately 3 hours).

What days are you running over Christmas?
November 26/27 and then all the days in December up to and including December 24.

Do I have to arrive on time?
Yes. The Enchanted House functions like a theatre.

Arriving Late: If you arrive late you can join in but obviously you will miss some of the session/s you have booked for. There is a tight schedule of activities. It is not possible to join in the afternoon or evening sessions if you have missed your booked morning session (or part of a session), as afternoon/evening sessions will all have been booked by other guests.

Arriving Early: Regrettably we won’t be able to let you in if you arrive over 10 minutes early, as the previous session will be in process or preparations will be in progress
